Who we are

Kelly Farm Tech is a product of Kelly Metal Working Ltd, a family business based in Ireland. We operate the farm operating system available at this site and the associated marketplace.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Account information (name, email, password hash).
• Farm records you choose to enter (animals, fields, tasks, movements, weighing, photos).
• Marketplace listings, messages, contact preferences.
• Technical information needed for the service to work — IP address, browser type, error reports.

How we use it

We use your data to operate Kelly Farm Tech for you: to display your farm records, to enable marketplace transactions, to keep the service secure, and to communicate service-related notices. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by us within the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit. Photos and documents are stored in S3-compatible object storage with access-controlled credentials.

Who else sees it

Within your farm account, the main account holder and any users granted access can see the records. The marketplace identity is entirely separate from your farm account — marketplace listings are public; messages are visible only to the buyer and seller of a given listing.

We rely on a small number of service providers (email sending, cloud hosting). We have data-processing agreements with these providers and share with them only what is necessary for the service.

How long we keep it

Farm records are retained for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards to support inspections and compliance. You can request deletion of your account and we will comply within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict the processing of, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or for any privacy questions, email hello@kellyfarmtech.com.

Kelly Farm Tech uses strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
